Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm what work the Welsh Government has or will do to develop internal capacity to prepare for the possibility of devolving policing and the criminal justice system in the future?

These issues are the responsibility of the Home Office and Ministry of Justice and have not been devolved to the Assembly. However, we would be very happy to start the work on creating additional capacity to cover policing and justice policy because we see this as a significant policy area where WG already has an input and some involvement.
