Will the Cabinet Secretary provide the information regarding the Welsh Government's calculations on the number of spaces that would be needed in the prisons estate to satisfy the needs of Wales?

This issue is the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice and has not been devolved to the Assembly. However, the latest published figures advise that at the end of April 2018 the prison population in Wales was four thousand two hundred and ninety one.
