When will the Cabinet Secretary visit the Rutherford Cancer Centre in Newport?

I received an invitation to visit the Rutherford Cancer Centre last year. However, given that the centre is currently being assessed by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee as part of the commissioning of proton beam therapy services in Wales, it would not be appropriate for me to visit until that process has completed.
However, I would consider any invitation after the exercise has concluded later this year.
