Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether she considers that the health workforce's professional regulatory bodies fall within the scope of the health sector in relation to Welsh language standards?

The UK wide health professional regulatory bodies are not included in the Welsh Language Standards (No. 7) Regulations 2018, which apply to local health boards, Community Health Councils, the Board of Community Health Councils in Wales, and NHS Trusts in Wales.
