What meetings has the Cabinet Secretary had in the past 12 months in relation to the forthcoming reform of the taxi and private hire industry, and could a breakdown of these be provided - specifying the date, time and length, as well as persons and organisations met?

I met with GMB on 18 July 2018 from 12.00-12.30 to discuss issues in Wales relating to the Taxi Trade.

I also meet with the Third sector on a six monthly basis (most latterly 12 February 2018) to discuss matters within my portfolio, including transport.  We have had discussions about our approach to integrated transport including, rail, buses, taxis, private hire, walking, cycling and active travel.  There is standing representation from a range of third sector bodies including Guide Dogs Cymru, Third Sector Support Wales and the Community Transport Association.  Meetings generally last an hour.

In the past six months, I have received correspondence from the GMB Union, two organisations representing drivers and one business.  I have also received correspondence from the Petitions Committee and various AMs and MPs.
