When does the Cabinet Secretary envisage that an electronic patient record will be implemented within ophthalmology departments in Wales, and how much funding is the Welsh Government committing towards this work?

The Welsh Government is engaging with health boards and NWIS in the development of an electronic patient record for eye care for roll out across NHS Wales. A full business case is in the final stages of development. Until the approved business case is available I cannot give a firm date or elaborate on the funding involved.
