Is the Welsh Government playing a part in the decision on the application to identify fields in Llanerch, Llanelli as a greenfield site?

Local residents have submitted an application to register the site as a Village Green. This is a matter for the Local Planning Authority, which is Carmarthenshire County Council, and the Welsh Ministers have no role in the process.
