As stated in WAQ75819, work to develop an all-Wales approach to fostering fees and allowances will be undertaken as part of the National Fostering Framework during 2018-19. This will consider different models and approaches, and the need to develop further policies and guidance for local authorities. The National Fostering Framework Strategic Steering Group is currently drawing up plans for taking this forward during 2018-19.
