Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a list of all Welsh Government owned undeveloped land in all 22 local authorities along with the dates that they were purchased?
My department holds a range of assets for a range of purposes, some of it inherited from predecessor bodies. I have assumed for the purposes of this question you are interested in land that is capable of redevelopment in terms of the Welsh Government portfolio and land owned by Welsh Ministers. Our portfolio of commercial assets is under constant review. Where decisions are made to sell or let assets then the information regarding those assets is put into the public domain.
