Does the Welsh Government have a dedicated team currently working with Hywel Dda University Health Board, while the health board is in a position of targeted intervention, to help the health board reach a point of sound financial footing?

Welsh Government have, through the targeted intervention arrangements, provided support and challenge to Hywel Dda University Health Board through the commissioning of independent reviews on financial governance and the Zero Based Review. In addition Welsh Government officials met with the UHB’s senior finance team to review the basis of their formal financial reports to their Board and Welsh Government.
