Will the Cabinet Secretary provide the most recent figures on the percentage of service users, carers and GPs across Wales who positively rate local primary mental health support services, and how this compares with figures recorded each year since the introduction of Together for Mental Health?

The Together for Mental Health Delivery Plan 2016-19 identifies that service user satisfaction measures should be undertaken and the results used to inform service evaluation and development.  Each Local Partnership Board area is responsible for collating local information and for providing updates against these actions annually.

Detailed figures on an all-Wales basis are not currently available.  Work is currently underway to increase the routine use of service user satisfaction and outcome measures across Wales, through the Mental Health Core Data Set.  The implementation of the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS) and National Psychological Therapies Management Committee Action Plan will support more consistent and meaningful service user engagement as a central component of care.
