In light of comments made by the Prime Minister during Prime Minister's Questions in Westminster on 17 January 2018, will the First Minister outline the extra powers that will be devolved to Wales?

It is a matter for the Prime Minister to explain her statement on 17 January. I welcome her intention in that statement to bring forward amendments to clause 11 of the EU Withdrawal Bill that meet the needs of the UK and of the devolved administrations. The UK Government must now bring forward amendments that achieve the aims of that Bill while respecting the devolution settlements.
