Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm what action the Welsh Government has undertaken to ensure that suitable arrangements are in place for residents who may be unable to access their homes as a result of construction works for the proposed Northern Access Road?
The Contractor appointed the deliver the Northern Access Road is contractually required to maintain access to properties at all times during the course of the works. The Contractor is required to liaise with all affected parties to agree access arrangements and implement any security measures deemed necessary. Temporary measures may need to be agreed for individual premises from time to time. In these situations the Contractor will liaise with the affected parties well in advance to agree suitable measures.
