Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm that all legal requirements and obligations set out in the Environment (Wales) Act 2016 and the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 were complied with before permission was granted for tree felling to take place in Roath Brook Gardens?

NRW are the scheme promoter and they have assured me that all legal requirements, permits and permissions are being complied with.
