What progress is the Welsh Government making in delivering an all-Wales policy on allowances for kinship carers?

The issue of allowances to kinship foster carers is being examined as part of work on the National Fostering Framework to map fees and allowances that local authorities pay to foster carers.
The purpose of this work is to achieve greater harmonisation of allowances for foster carers across Wales and as part of this consideration will be given to wider issues including placement fees.
