Will the Cabinet Secretary describe the size of a hydro community scheme that will benefit from support under a scheme to cut taxes for small businesses?

I have made provision of £0.2million in the Final Budget to support community power schemes in 2018-19. The Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs is developing the details of how this funding can best be used to support the sector. This was agreed as part of the budget negotiations with Plaid Cymru.
