Will the Cabinet Secretary provide a definition of a hydro community scheme in light of the intention to provide support to such schemes?

I have made provision of £0.2million in the Final Budget to support community power schemes in 2018-19. The Cabinet Secretary for Energy, Planning and Rural Affairs is developing the details of how this funding can best be used to support the sector. This was agreed as part of the budget negotiations with Plaid Cymru.
