Following the written statement on Mobile Animal Exhibits on 14 December, will the Cabinet Secretary confirm that a ban on the use of wild animals in circuses will now be implemented?

It was clear from the consultation responses there was support for banning the use of wild animals in circuses. I am considering how we address this issue.
