Further to the replies to WAQ75167, WAQ75145, WAQ75156, WAQ75160 and WAQ75164, is it the position of the First Minister not to provide substantive replies to these questions until the independent investigation on the ministerial code has been completed?

I will provide substantive answers to questions where it is appropriate to do so. However, I expect many of these questions to be addressed by the Independent Adviser as part of his work.
