Will the First Minister confirm what procedures a Minister should follow if that Minister, or officials working on the Minister's behalf, wants to consider a policy proposal that would modify the responsibilities of the Public Service Ombudsman for Wales?

Ministers and officials working on their behalf would be required to undertake proper consultation, and undertake full consideration of all options before putting forward policies which might modify the responsibilities of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. This is the procedure for all policy proposals.
