Will the Cabinet Secretary outline what scrutiny measures will be in place to ensure that options for Joint Governance Committees are able to be compared at a national level, including Key Performance Indicators?

Consideration is being given to these matters as part of the development of the Local Government (Wales) Bill. The Bill will also include a new performance framework for local authorities.
