Will the Minister confirm the start and end dates for the Five Mile Lane upgrade, as well as whether the compulsory purchase order and land acquisition has now been fulfilled? If this is not the case, when does he expect it to be?

A formal planning application has been submitted and a decision is expected by this November. The Compulsory Purchase Order process has commenced and is at "consideration of objections" stage. The statutory processes could take up to a further nine months. If the statutory processes are successful, the forecast start date for construction is September 2017 with a 12 month construction period.
