What discussions has the Minister had with Police and Crime Commissioners to combat hate crimes in Wales, since May 2016?

I have spoken to each Commissioner individually since becoming the Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Children. I also attended the All Wales Policing Group on Monday 4 July 2016, where I stressed the importance of responding appropriately to reports of hate crime, particularly in the wake of the EU Referendum.
