Will the Minister confirm whether he has had discussions with the UK Government regarding the Cardiff and Swansea City Deals since the EU referendum result and, if so, will he detail those discussions?

I remain committed to progressing all Deals in Wales. There were extensive discussions between Welsh and UK Ministers during the Fourth Assembly in the creation of the Cardiff Capital Region Deal.
This Ministerial level dialogue will continue as the Swansea Bay City Deal is developed and the Cardiff Capital Region Deal enters the delivery phase.
On-going discussions will seek to ensure we bring these opportunities to fruition for the benefit of both regions.
