When will the All-Wales Neonatal Standards, which were last updated in 2013, be reviewed and updated?

The All Wales Neonatal Standards are currently being reviewed and updated by the Wales Neonatal Network. This will result in a new, third, edition of the standards, reflecting the latest evidence and best practice guidelines and the knowledge and clinical expertise of the multi-disciplinary workforce across the service.
The new standards will be influenced by neonatal developments across the UK, using recommendations from the British Association of Perinatal Medicine, Bliss, the Neonatal Audit Programme and the Royal College of Paediatric and Child Health.
I anticipate the updated standards will be published this year.
