What action will the Welsh Government take to ensure that equal pay claims held against local authorities are dealt with in a timely manner?

All local authorities in Wales have a single status agreement in place. We do not hold information on individual outstanding equal pay claims.
Welsh Government has been able to accommodate all the Authorities' requests for Capitalisation Directions to enable them to deal with equal pay claims in a timely manner.
