Further to the written statement 'Mobile Animal Exhibits, including Circuses', will the Minister provide a list of the key stakeholders that she will be consulting with, prior to a public consultation?

As stated in my Written Statement, a full public consultation will take place next year. Many of the issues you raise are being considered as part of the consultation process.
