What representations have been made to the UK Government to ensure the Welsh Government is involved in negotiating any future UK free trade agreements?

I and my Cabinet colleagues have been consistently clear in discussions with the UK Government that the Welsh Government and other devolved governments must be fully involved in negotiating and agreeing any future UK free trade agreements. New constitutional arrangements will be needed to support collective discussions and agreements on such issues.
