Will the Minister confirm whether businesses were consulted on the night time economy framework and, if so, which areas of Wales they are in?

There was a 12 week public consultation on the Night Time Economy Framework, which ran from September to December last year. All sectors, including the business sector, had the opportunity to respond to the consultation exercise.
Responses were received from the organisations which represent different business sectors. These included the:

- Wine and Spirits Trade Association
- Beer and Pub Association
