What relationship does the Minister envisage the Education Workforce Council and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales having in considering the accreditation and finance of initial teacher training courses from 2019?

Such details will be set out and subject to subordinate legislation that will be laid and approved by resolution of the National Assembly for Wales. This will take place in the new year and I do not wish to pre-empt that debate, which will allow all members to consider the policy detail for the future accreditation of Initial Teacher Education.
