Will the Minister outline, further to his comments in the Assembly Chamber on 22 November 2016, when he expects the study of costs and benefits of a Wales World Expo bid to be completed?

I note the recent decision by the UK Government on grounds of cost, not to support a bid from Greater Manchester to host the World Expo in 2025. However, I am happy to meet with you to discuss the likelihood of a potential Wales bid further.
