What representations have the Government made to the UK Government in relation to workers' rights following the vote to leave the European Union?

I have been clear that there must be no rolling back of employment rights and protections for workers, which have improved significantly over the last couple of decades as a result of action at an EU level.
I have emphasised to the Prime Minister the importance we attach to protecting workers’ rights, and this will continue to be a priority for us in future discussions relating to the UK’s exit from the EU.
