What plans does the Cabinet Minister have to update the statutory youth work in Wales framework this year?

I have no plans to update the new statutory framework for youth work, introduced in March 2026, this year.
However, Ministers are required to review the framework before 1 October 2028 to assess whether its objectives have been achieved, whether they remain appropriate and, if so, whether they could be achieved in another way.
