Further to WQ99650 and WQ99651, will the First Minister ensure that the Foreign Office is informed and invited to such similar meetings in future?

In accordance with the Devolution memorandum of understanding, and accompanying concordat on International Relations, the Welsh Government informs the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) when Welsh Ministers arrange meetings with foreign diplomats, ministers or heads of state while overseas. The FCDO was aware of this visit to Dublin.
