Does the Cabinet Minister believe that Digital Health and Care Wales requires a comprehensive, costed plan for improving its internal digital infrastructure, as recommended by Audit Wales in August 2026, and if so, what support will he provide to enable DHCW to develop and implement this plan?

Digital Heath and Care Wales (DHCW) has confirmed in response to the Audit Wales Digital Capability report it will develop and cost the plan to improve its internal digital infrastructure within existing financial constraints by March 2027.
Welsh Government will continue to hold DHCW and other NHS bodies to account for their digital delivery through established governance.
