Spend Data is Financial Year 2024/25 which is the latest full period available.
All spend provided is where the location of spend is known (supplier has a valid UK postcode). Spend where location is not known (does not have a valid UK postcode) has been excluded. This equates to approximately 3% of the total Local Authority spend. Spend allocated to a location may be subject to minor revisions.
The spend analysis definition of spend in Wales (or spend with Welsh suppliers) is based on the postcode from the invoice address for suppliers being within the region of Wales.
Spend within Authority is defined as the spend which occurs within the geographic boundary of the authority based on the postcode from the invoice address.
Conwy Council have been unable to provide spend data for this period.
Source: Welsh Spend Analysis System. Data is submitted by Spending Organisations, validated within the system and is then available for analysis by the Data team to provide information on Welsh Public Sector Procurement Spend.
