Further to WQ99951, will the Cabinet Minister ensure no Welsh public funds are used to provide legal advice to illegal immigrants in Wales to prevent their deportations?

Asylum and immigration law, including the regulation of and access to immigration legal advice, are reserved to the UK Government.

The Welsh Government does not fund any organisations that provide services to facilitate unlawful residence or prevent lawful deportation.
