How will the new Welsh development agency provide practical support to help SMEs adopt productivity-enhancing technologies safely and confidently?

I have set out my intention to establish a new national development agency as a key driver in meeting our productivity target. I have announced that we are establishing an expert panel to make recommendations on the remit and functions of the new agency and I look forward to receiving their advice, including on how the agency can support and spread innovation.
