Will the Cabinet Minister provide an update on the delivery of the the Kings Chambers project in Newport?

The Local Authority advised Welsh Government that the project had been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. As a result of those delays the original Transforming Towns grant offered towards the project expired. However, I am pleased to confirm that I have recently agreed an extension of time to that offer and am advised that work should re-commence shortly, with the project completing this financial year.
