2. Notes that this is an opportunity to celebrate the Welsh language and encourage people to start every conversation in Welsh – no matter their level.
3. Congratulates Mentrau Iaith Cymru for coordinating this campaign since 2013 and for their work promoting the language across Wales.
4. Commits to supporting Shwmae Su’mae Day by using the language and backing this campaign.
