1. Marks World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2026.
2. Notes the importance of this year’s theme – Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.
3. Celebrates the 50th anniversary of mental ill health and substance use charity, Adferiad
4. Acknowledges the vital support provided by Adferiad and their work amplifying the voices of those with lived experience.
5. Calls on the Welsh Government to implement the 2025 - 2035 Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
