1. Notes the historic opportunity of the emerging peace process in Türkiye, where the Kurdish movement engages in dialogue with the Turkish state.
2. Welcomes steps toward peace, including ceasefire, disarmament, dissolution of armed structures, and withdrawal under parliamentary oversight.
3. Expresses concern over continued detention of political prisoners and urges compliance with international human rights obligations.
4. Calls on the Welsh Government to support, with the UK and international community, efforts for a negotiated settlement respecting democracy, human rights, and rule of law.
5. Affirms support for Kurdish and Turkish communities in Wales and the UK in promoting peaceful resolution.
