2. Recognises Iwan's exceptional dedication to his neighbourhood through outreach, support initiatives, and daily acts of kindness that go above and beyond.
3. Celebrates retailers who make a meaningful difference in people's lives and acknowledges Iwan and Siop Glyndŵr as a shining example of community spirit.
4. Commends the vital role independent retailers play in sustaining Welsh communities, particularly in rural areas.
