This Senedd:
1. Commends Dr Robert Jones and the Wales Governance on their vital work in securing and publishing Welsh justice data through the submission of freedom of information requests.
2. Calls on the Welsh Government to work with the Ministry of Justice on the routine publishing of disaggregated justice data for Wales.
3. Notes that disaggregated justice data is vital to understanding and improving the efficiency of the Welsh justice system.
4. Calls on the Ministry of Justice to rescind the ‘vexatious entity’ status given to Dr Robert Jones.
