This Senedd:
1. Notes:
a) that the Audit Wales report 'Active Travel' sets out important recommendations for active travel in Wales;
b) the commitment the Senedd made to active travel when it unanimously passed the 2013 Act; and
c) that a shift to active travel is essential to meet net zero targets, as well as offering many other benefits
2. Calls on the Welsh Government to:
a) recognise the long-term nature of changing travel behaviour and the need to sustain an investment programme; and
b) ensure that the Active Travel Delivery Plan is properly resourced and monitored as recommended by Audit Wales.
