This Senedd:
1. Notes that:
a) Fairtrade Fortnight runs from 9-22 September;
b) this year’s theme is Be the Change, encouraging people to pick up Fairtrade products and speak up for fairer trade; and
c) Wales became the world’s first Fair Trade Nation 16 years ago.
2. Congratulates Fairtrade on their 30th birthday.
3. Highlights the benefits felt by farmers and workers across the world as a result of 30 years of working together under the Fairtrade mark.
