National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:
1. Notes that the only Olympic-sized swimming pools in Wales are in Swansea and Cardiff and that all elite swimmers from the north, mid and west Wales must travel large distances to train and compete.
2. Commends the dedication of elite athletes and their families in participating in elite sport.
3. Congratulates Medi Harris of Borth-y-Gest, Porthmadog, on her swimming success and her participation in this year's Olympic Games in Paris.
