National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd believes:
1. That the national collections of Wales, which are under the care of the National Library of Wales and the National Museum of Wales, belong to everyone in Wales.
2. That they need to be secured for future generations, while also continuing to be used to inspire and motivate people of all ages.
3. That free entry to our national museums has been an undisputed success since the policy was introduced in 2001, and that this is a policy that should be protected.
4. That the Welsh Government should work with the National Library of Wales and the National Museum of Wales, and the unions representing their staff, to ensure their viability for the future.
