National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:
1. Notes that 5 – 11 February is National Apprenticeship Week.
2. Celebrates the significant benefits to both apprentices and employers.
3. Welcomes the positive contribution of apprenticeships to local economies and the national economy of Wales.
4. Notes the well-developed and high-quality apprenticeship provision by further education colleges and work-based learning providers across Wales.
5. Believes that apprenticeships deserve parity of esteem with other forms of education and training and a well-developed and highly skilled workforce is central to plans for growing our economy.
6. Believes that parity of esteem must go hand in hand with parity of support.
