National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:
1. Commends the persistent campaign by Alan Bates, Noel Thomas and others to redress the miscarriage of justice perpetrated against Post Office sub-postmasters by the Post Office.
2. Seeks exoneration and urgent compensation for all victims of the Horizon IT scandal.
3. Wants Fujitsu and the Post Office to be held accountable for their evasion and lies.
4. Calls on Welsh Government to urge the UK Government to:
a) get the convictions of sub postmasters quashed; and
b) demand that all sub-postmasters wrongly accused of stealing money from the Post Office are compensated for their life-changing losses.
